1 golden butter cake mix
(disregard cake instructions)
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 small can mandarin oranges (undrained)



Frosting:
1 large can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
8oz. carton cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients well. Pour into 9x13 greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350º for 25 to 35 minutes.

Mix Frosting ingredients all together, and spoon over cooled cake. Refrigerate overnight.
