5 slices bacon
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese softened
2 T milk
2 eggs
1/2 C shredded swiss cheese
2 T green onions chopped
1 can refrigerated biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Use cooking spray on muffin tins and heat oven to 375º. Cook bacon till crumbly. Beat cream cheese, eggs and swiss cheese together. Separate the biscuits and line each muffin tin with a biscuit round pressing up the sides of the tin. Spread pieces of bacon into each tin then cover with the egg and milk mixture. Bake 21-26 min. Cool slightly and remove from tins. Stores great in refrigerator box and reheated in microwave.
