1 1/4 lbs. beef strips, cut in pieces
1 1/4 tsp. MSG
hot water to cover, (about 5 c.)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. celery (4 sticks)
sm. onion
6 potatoes
1 lb. baby carrots (4 c.)
1/3 green pepper, diced
1 pkg. frozen French green beans
1 lb. can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet Seasoning Sauce
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. brown sugar

Rub meat with msg and saute' beef pieces in a greased 4 qt. pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add hot water to cover. Bring to boil and simmer 1 hour. Add rest ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours more. Good! 16 servings.
