2/3 c. instant oats
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion power
1 tsp. mustard powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
3 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5-6
medium) frozen
2 T. Dijon (or regular) mustard

In a resealable plastic bag combine all ingredients except last two. Mix well and set aside. Brush each breast with mustard and shake in bag with dry mixture to coat. Cover cookie sheet with foil and spray with PAM. Bake 400º, 1 hour til golden brown and cooked thru.
