2 cups ground pecans
6 egg yolks, beaten until light
1 1/2 tbsp plain gelatin
1 pt. cream (whipped)
1/4 cup cold strong coffee
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup light rum
Fresh strawberries (garnish)

Blend pound nuts and sugar thoroughly and press over bottom and sides of lightly buttered 10 in. pan. Set in refrigerator while preparing filling. Beat sugar into egg yolks. Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve over hot water. Add egg and sugar mixture. Beat all. Fold whipped cream, rum and coffee. Chill until thickened. Pour into crust and refrigerate until firm.
