Cinnamon "Honey" Buns Recipe

1 package of Bridgeford's frozen dough (3 loaves)
1 ½ sticks butter melted
3 cups raisins
3 c. sugar
cinnamon and Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost dough but don't let rise. Flour and roll out loaves into a rectangle about 12" X 18". Drizzle butter onto dough and brush to cover evenly. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and raisins on top of butter. Roll up the dough into an 18" log and cut into 1½"
pieces. Place into a buttered 9" cake tin cut sides up and down. Let rise until over the top of the pan and bake @ 350º for 30 - 40 minutes until golden brown. Let cool several minutes then pour icing over top.
Icing is confectioners sugar and milk mixed together until smooth.

Buns can be made the night before and refrigerated. Take out 4 or 5 hours before serving and let rise in a warm place covered with greased saran wrap.
