1 pound ground beef
dash of salt and pepper
1 can green beans (drained)
1 can tomato soup
1/2 soup can of water
3 cups mashed potatoes
1 c. cheddar cheese (shredded)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain grease. Season beef with salt and pepper. Layer bottom of casserole dish with hamburger and green beans. Mix tomato soup and water and pour over casserole. Top casserole with mashed potatoes and then sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350º for 20-25 min. until casserole is heated through. *Note: This recipe can be doubled for larger families.
