1 cup sugar
2 tsp corn syrup
1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Use any nuts that you like such as Walnuts, pecans, etc.

Mix corn syrup, sugar, water and salt in a heavy sauce pan. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves, boil until candy thermometer says soft ball stage or 238º. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and cinnamon. add nuts and turn out on waxed paper or parchment paper and pull the nuts apart while cooling.
