8 slices of Texas toast bread
4 eggs
1/4 c. whipping cream
beat eggs and whipping cream until fluffy
sprinkle in cinnamon to taste.
Directions:
Directions:
Coat both sides of Texas toast and grill on hot griddle sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. Flip with toasted. You may have to add more cinnamon after a few slices have been dipped.
Slather with butter & warm syrup and enjoy
