1 1/2 c uncooked elbow macaroni
5 T butter, divided
3 T all pupose flour
1 1/2 c of milk
1 c (4oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 oz process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 T dry bread crumbs
1/8 tsp of dry mustard

Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Place in a greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish; set aside. In a saucepan, melt 4 T of butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes;reduce heat

Stir in cheeses, salt, pepper and dry mustard until the cheese is melted. Pour over macaroni;mix well. Melt the remaining butter; add the bread crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
