1/4 c of maple syrup
3 T of coarse-grain mustard
2 T light brown sugar
4 (6oz) Salmon filets
Fresh parsley (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly coat shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place fillets skin side down, in baking dish.

Whisk together maple syrup, mustard, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Pour over salmon.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
