3 C. sliced carrots
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots in boiling water until tender; drain well. Add sugar, margarine, lemon juice and lemon peel. Heat and stir until margarine is melted. Stir in parsley.
