3/4 c Shoyu
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. mirin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large onion (sliced)
1 lb. Beef or Chicken (thinly sliced)
1/2 container (12oz.) Tofu (cubed)
1/2 c. shiitake mushrooms
3 c. won bok cabbage (cut into 1 1/2" lengths
1 c. watercress (cut into 1 1/2" lengths)
1/4 c. green onions cut into 2" pieces)

Directions:
In a large skillet combine the first 5 ingredients to make the sauce. Then add the next 5 ingredients into the sauce and cook for 5 mins. Be sure to spoon the sauce over all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add the watercress and green onion just before serving. Enjoy!
