vegtable oil- for frying,¼ cup butter,¼ cup crystal Louisianna hot sauce, 1 dash ground pepper, 1 dash garlic powder,½ cup all purpose flour,¼ teaspoon paprika,¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ¼ teaspoon salt, 10 chicken wings.

Heat oil to 375°. Combine butter, hot sauce, ground pepper, garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Heat until well blended. Put wings in a large bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them. Put wings in refrigerator 60-90 minutes. fry 10-15 minutes, add hot sauce when done and stir.
