1 Tbsp olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
2 small onions, chopped
1 slice bacon, chopped
1 c frozen peas
1/3 c dry white wine or chicken broth
1 jar (17 oz) Alfredo sauce
Fettuccine pasta, cooked
Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown chicken in oil. Remove and set aside.
2. In same pan, cook onion and bacon until bacon is cooked and onions are tender.
3. Add wine and cook 1 minute. Stir in sauce, chicken and peas. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook an additional 5 minutes.
4. Serve over pasta.
