1 can pumpkin
1 1/4 C eggnog
2/3 C Sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
1/4 t salt
1 9 -inch unbaked pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, eggnog, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice and salt mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 375º for60-65 minutes until a knife inserted near the center come out clean. Cool on a wire rack Refrigerate until serving.

I put my mixture in a gram-cracker shell and baked it as suggested. I found this in the Midland Reporter Telegram news paper. My friends loved it. It is different and very good.
I added cool whip on top.
