3 Tablespoons dried savory
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds

slightly crush your herbs together, particularly the fennel seeds. if you can find lavender, use that in place of fennel.

mix all together and seal in an airtight jar.
