Ingredients:  
4 sweet apples ( I use Gala apples).
1/4 c sugar.
2 level tbsp flour.
8 pkts sugar substitute.
1 tsp cinnamon, or apple pie spice.
1/4 c water.
butter, or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice apples. Mix together dry ingredients and stir into apples along with the water, to coat all apple slices. Place filling into 8-9" unbaked pie crust. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust, crimping edges well. Bake @ 350º until golden brown.
