Ingredients:  
2 pkg. frozen broccoli or green beans (cooked 5-7 min.)
4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 t. lemon juice
1 t. curry powder
1 cup or more shredded cheddar cheese
1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables. Put on bottom of 9x13 casserole. Cook chicken in microwave till not pink in center. Cut into small pieces and put on top of veggies.
Mix next 4 ingredients and pour over chicken.
Top with water chestnuts and then cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with rice.
