Angel Food Cake
1 lg can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 tub cool whip (light or regular)
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
Fresh fruit of choice (I use strawberries)
Directions:
Directions:
Cut the angel food cake up into strips or bite sized chunks and place in the bottom of a rectangular dish. In a medium bowl, mix cool whip with the package of instant vanilla pudding until not so grainy or lumpy. Add in the can of undrained crushed pineapple and stir together until it is not runny. Pour this mixture over the angel food cake.

Cut up your choice of fresh fruit and place on the top of the pineapple mixture.

Refrigerate until the cool whip/pineapple mixture thickens up a bit.
