6 Zucchini
2 tbsp. Chopped Onion
1 lb. Italian Sausage (bulk type)
1/2 c. Bread Crumbs
1/2 c. Grated Mozzarella Cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. Dried Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Basil
2 tbsp. Butter
1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
16 oz. can of Ragu Spaghetti Sauce

Cut off ends of zucchini and boil for 7 minutes. Cut zucchini lengthwise and scoop out pulp (set aside). Brown sausage & onion, spoon off fat. Mix with next 6 ingredients and pulp. Pile into zucchini in a baking dish and dot each one with butter and Parmesan. Cover with Ragu sauce. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
