1 cup moist mincemeat
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 pkg. egg custard mix
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 cups milk
2 tbsps. rum (optional)
1 1/2 cups Cool whip





Directions:
Directions:
Spread mincemeat on bottom of pie shell. Bake at 425 about 15 minutes. Cool. Combine custard mix and gelatin in pan. Blend in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in rum. Cover and chill until thickened. Fold in Cool whip. Fill pie shell and chill 3 hours.
