1 large green pepper
1 med onion
2 ribs celery
1 large carrot
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 medium salsa (14oz)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
2 c. chopped chicken (cooked)
1 can kidney or pinto beans

Directions:

Chop the first 4 ingredients and put them in a cup of water in a large pot, cooking 10 minutes to get them softened. Add the rest of the stuff and simmer about 25 minutes.
