1 lb. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
36 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, eggs and vanilla in a bowl. Beat 5 minutes at high speed. Line tiny cupcake pans with papers. Fit wafers into bottom of each. Spoon 1 tsp. of cream cheese filling over each wafer. Bake 350F for 15 minutes. Cool and top with cherry filling.
