Several slicing size cucumbers
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 Tbsp. chopped chives (may use onion)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Score cucumbers 1/2 inch deep by pulling the prongs of a fork lengthwise. Repeat to score entire surface. Cut cucumbers into thin slices. Mix other ingredients together and pour over sliced cucumbers. Toss lightly to coat. Chill several hours. Garnish with sieved hard cooked egg yolks over sprigs of chives or parsley.
