1 pkg Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
1 c buttermilk
1 c mayo
2 tomatillos
1/2 to 1 clove garlic minced
1/2 to 1/3 bunch cilantro, chopped
juice of 1 lime
1 jalapeņo, add some seeds if you want it spicy
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except mayo in blender until smooth. Whisk in the mayo and chill until ready to serve. Best prepared in advance so flavors can meld together.
