9 inch graham cracker pie crust
8 oz pkg cream cheese
14 oz can Eagle Brand Milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups fruit filling of choice (we use cherries or strawberries)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until fluffy
Gradually add milk and stir until well blended
Add lemon juice and vanilla
Pour mixture into pie shell
Chill in refrigerator overnight
Pour fruit filling over top of pie after it has been chilled
Enjoy
