1 T. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
16 oz. water


Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve salt and soda in water. Pour some solution into one palm, block one nostril with the other hand and sniff the liquid. Use twice daily.

Works great to relieve sinus inflammation and stuffiness that can cause headaches and fatigue.

Regular salt doesn't substitute well. Kosher salt is available at any grocery store.
