Base
125g Butter
1/3 cup Castor Sugar
¼ cup Coconut
1 cup Self Raising Flour
1 Dessert Spoon Cocoa
Pinch of Salt

Topping
2 tbsp Condensed Milk
1 Dessert Spoon Cocoa
½ cup Soft Icing Sugar
30g Butter
1 cup Coconut
Vanilla
Mix well and Set aside

Directions:
Directions:
Base – Into mixing bowl sift dry ingredients. Add sugar and coconut. Stir in melted butter and mix well. Grease a Lamington Tin and line with Baking Paper. Press in base mixture. Bake in moderate over 25 minutes. Cool and cover with Topping. Put back in over for a further 10 minutes.
Cut into fingers when cold.
