Ingredients:  
1 lb. bacon, diced, fried and drained
2 cups finely chopped, lean, cooked ham
5-6 potatoes, peeled, cut and boiled
3 stalks celery, washed and chopped
2 cans Cream of Celery soup
1 cup cream or milk
salt and pepper
2 tbsp cornstarch, mixed with 2 cups water
16 oz. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes and celery in large pot and boil until almost tender. Do not drain. Add cornstarch and water mixture. Stir until liquid thickens. Reduce heat and add soup, cream or milk and bacon. Add cheese and stir until melted. Salt and pepper to taste.
