1 lb. bacon diced, fried and drained
1 lb. ground beef, fried and drained
1 large onion, diced
1 can green beans with juice
1 can corn with juice
1 can English peas with juice
3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 handful baby carrots, cut in small pieces
1 large can tomato puree
2 Beef Bouillon cubes, crushed
water
Kitchen Bouquet

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, combine beef, bacon, vegetables and juices, bouillon cubes, tomato puree and additional water. Cover and bring to boil, then reducing heat to medium. Cook slowly until potatoes are tender. Salt and pepper to taste and add a splash of Kitchen Bouquet for color.

* When you have small amounts of leftover vegetables from dinner, don't throw them out. Instead, start a soup container and dump them all together in a freezer proof container. Keep them frozen until you fix a pot of soup - dump them in. It adds flavor and makes your soup and $$$ go further.
