2 packs Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken from boiled chicken
3-4 chicken breasts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Boil chicken, cool, cut into small pieces. Crumble Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter, set side. Mix sour cream, soup and broth. In 2 quart baking dish, put a layer of crumbs and butter on bottom, spread chicken pieces over this. Pour liquid mixture over chicken. Do not stir! Top with remaining buttered cracker crumbs. Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
