Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package Pepperidge Farms Seasoned Stuffing Mix
2 cans Cream of Celery soup
1 large onion
5-6 stalks celery, washed and diced into small pieces
1 can Chicken broth
1 medium bell pepper, cut into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. On stove in large pot, combine broth, onion, bell pepper and celery. Simmer on medium heat until vegetables are tender. Once cooked, remove pot from heat and blend in soup, slowly add stuffing mix. If too thick, add a bit of water. It should be sort of sticky and gummy. The gummier the consistency, the moister your dressing will be. Before spreading in pan, add about a tbsp of sugar and mix well. Spread in 9x13 baking dish, cover with foil and bake for about 25 minutes, remove foil and continue to bake until brown. Don't over cook as it will be dry.
