2 pieces bread
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp cinnamon

Beat eggs, milk and cinnamon until mixed. Preheat frying pan over medium heat. Melt butter in pan, making sure not to burn. Dip bread in egg mixture being sure to coat both sides evenly. Place both pieces of bread in pan, browning on both sides until brown. Sprinkle with confectioner sugar if desired. Serve with syrup.
