1 box Angel Food cake mix (any brand)
1 15 oz. can of crushed pineapple in juice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9x13 glass pan with cooking spray. In large mixing bowl, mix cake mix and pineapple (do not drain) by hand with a wooden spoon. DO NOT USE MIXER. Mixture will be very foamy. Spread mixture into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cake will rise and turn a golden brown. Let cool and cut into 12 pieces.
