8 oz. bar of cream cheese
1 stalk of celery hearts (hearts are more tender)

Directions:

Cut stems and leaves off of celery. Wash all stalks thoroughly making sure to get all dirt out of cracks. Trim large bottom part and tips of each stalk. Towel dry before spreading cream cheese into each stalk. Cut into smaller pieces. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
