1 doz. eggs
mayonnaise
sweet relish
mustard
salt and pepper
paprika

Boil the eggs. Start pot of water off with eggs in water. Bring to full rolling boil and allow the eggs to boil for 10 minutes. Remove from water and run cold water over them. Remove shells and cut each egg in half. Remove yolk and place in mixing bowl. Add enough mayonnaise to make creamy, beat with mixer. Add salt, pepper and a dash of mustard to taste, then spoon in relish until you like the way it tastes. You can spoon into egg white halves or for a prettier presentation, pipe in with a pastry bag. Sprinkle with a very light dash of paprika for color.
