2 - 8 oz. bars of cream cheese
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 cup Craisins
1/2 c. brown sugar
chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature. Beat with mixer until smooth. Add sugar, raisins and craisins. Mix well with spoon.
Spread a large piece of waxed paper on counter and spread with a layer of pecans. Carefully spoon mixture on top of nuts and roll into a loaf or ball. Once you have coated the mixture with pecans, secure waxed paper around shape and cover with foil. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Serve with crackers, preferably Wheat Thins
