2 cups SR Flour
3/4 cup caster sugar
4oz soft butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essense
pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingredients into bowl. Add the other ingredients beating on medium speed for 3 minutes. Place in patty papers and bake at 180C for 10-12 mins until golden brown. Ice when cool.
