1 pkg chicken breasts (3-4)
1 garlic clove
1/2 pt sour cream
dash of paprika
1/2 onion
1 /2 qt white cooking wine
3-4 strips bacon
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 can mushroom (3oz) in water
2 1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken w/paprika,salt & pepper 10 min on each side. Cut up bacon,onion,garlic and saute.Put in pan with chicken add mushrooms,bouillon desolved in 2 1/2c water & 1/2 qt wine & simmer 45 min to 1hr. De-bone chicken and add sour cream. Thicken if necessary. Serve over rice.
