11/2 tspn. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar

Blend in blender low speed 3 minutes.
Empty in 9" graham cracker pre-made pie crust. Let stand 5 minutes, sprinkle with coconut. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
