7 slices of bacon cooked and chopped
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/4 cup 1/2 and 1/2 creamer
4 oz blue cheese (about 1 cup)
2 T fresh sliced chives
Tabasco to taste
Worchestershire Sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese. Then add 1/2 and 1/2 and mix. Next add blue cheese, chives and chopped bacon. Stir ingredients together until mixed. Then add Tabasco and Worchestershire to taste (at least a couple of Tablespoons each) and mix.

Place in a pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350º or put in your crock pot on low and stir occasionally.

Serve with bread.

Add more bacon if you like it extra meaty! Also, I find it easiest to do in the crock pot especially for parties. It is so easy and it keeps it warm. Just stir occasionally.
