Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
In this recipe, "Nana" is my mom's grandmother. She moved from Scotland to San Francisco in the early 1900's. I don't know where the recipe came from but they are really good. Not fudgy by sweet chocolately instead! All my mom's old recipes say butter or margarine, but I say use butter--it really makes these better.
