6 cloves garlic, crushed
½ cup white vinegar
½ cup soy sauce
½ tbsp black peppercorns, cracked or ground
2 tbsp sugar, white or brown
¼ cup cooking oil
3 lbs boneless country style pork, cut into bite size
2 lbs any part chicken, cut into bite size

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, heat cooking oil and sauté garlic until light brown. Add vinegar, soy sauce, peppercorns (or black pepper), and sugar until bubbly. Stir in chicken and pork. Cover pot and let it simmer for about 30-45 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. Check for doneness. Serve with hot cooked rice.
