Toast of bake 6 slices bread
Chop 2 cups celery
Chop 1 bunch green onions
1 pan of cornbread
Boil turkey parts or use turkey drippings

Crumble cornbread. Tear bread and add to cornbread. Add chopped onion and celery. Add 2 eggs for every pan of cornbread. Mix and add broth or turkey drippings. Get mushy - if need extra moisture, add chicken broth. Add salt and pepper. Cook 45 minutes at 350º. Uncover last 10 minutes. Can add onion salt, sage, parsley, poultry seasoning. 2 key things - get mixture almost too mushy, and get mixture too salty.
