Saltine Crackers
1 2/3 cups butter or margarine
1 c. Sugar
12 oz. Milk Chocolate Chips
1 c. Chopped Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray jelly roll pan with Pam.
Line pan with a single layer of crackers. Melt butter and sugar in saucepan over medium heat. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Spread hot mixture over crackers. Cover crackers with chocolate chips. Place in a 400º oven for 5-7 minutes or when all chips have melted. Sprinkle with walnuts if desired. Allow to cool slightlly and then place in refrigerator for 30 minutes until firm.
Break apart like peanut brittle and store in tightly covered container in a cool place.
