1 cup crisco shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
Sift together:
2 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all together. Roll into small balls and roll in mixture of 2 Tablespoons of sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon. Bake at 400º for 10 - 12 min
