3 cup grated zucchini, unpaired
1 cup Bisquick
2 eggs and enough milk to make ½ cup
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
salt & pepper
Directions:

Mix all. Should be thin enough to pour like pancake batter, Heat Crisco oil in skillet. Pour in rounds and fry each side until nice and brown. Keep warm in oven until all are fried.
