Olive Oil Spray
1 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 large egg
1/2 cup Bennetts Chili Sauce**
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/4 lb Lean Ground Turkey
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º.

Spray Olive oil spray into a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Transfer cooked onion and garlic to a large bowl, and let cool for 5 mins.

Add Turkey, bread crumbs, egg, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to the large bowl.

Mix well. Pack into an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake for 50-55 mins or internal temperature reaches 165º.

Let stand 5 mins. before slicing. Makes 5 servings at 243 cal per slice

**I add a heaping 1/2 cup of chili sauce because I like the loaf a little juicy.
