1 package Duncan Hines deluxe yellow cake mix
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple in syrup (undrained)
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine cut into slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 13x9x2 inch pan.

Dump undrained pineapple into pan, spread evenly.
Dump in pie filling and spread into an even layer.
Dump dry cake mix into cherry layer and spread evenly. Sprinkle pecans over cake mix. Put butter slices over top. Bake at 350º for 48 to 53 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
